Congratulations to Don & Jill Crawford, Maroobi Park Nature Refuge, Tablelands for holding an informative & inspirational Field Day on Saturday 9th August 08. Don & Jill purchased 16 hectares of land that had previously been cleared. This property includes regenerated rainforest, some fruit trees and an agroforestry plantation. The property is now a Nature Refuge for Wildlife, which includes the endangered Southern Cassowary, Musky Rat Kangaroo, Brush Turkeys, Frogs, Reptiles, Marsupials and over 150 Australian bird Species.
